The Daniel Dillon ‘62 Heart of Service Scholarship

Dan Dillion ‘62 was humble and unassuming, a true friend to all, he loved Pittsfield and its many varied people. He liked a good laugh, a serious conversation, filling the community with holiday cheer as Santa, a founding member of the BCC Alumni Association, an engaged member of the Berkshire Community College Foundation, and a champion of Berkshire United Way. Dan was an advocate for education, engaging residents of the Berkshires in making it an even more vibrate place to live and work. This scholarship supports a student who is embodies Dan’s caring, selfless, and community minded spirit. It was been established through the generosity of his family, friends, and community.
