Frank Deane Scholarship

The Frank Deane Scholarship is awarded to students showing promise in mathematics and who intend to pursue a bachelor’s degree after graduating from Berkshire Community College. Frank Deane was known to say, “I love mathematics, I love teaching it, and they even pay me for it.” Attorney Michael A. Lehmann, a 1988 BCC graduate and a former student of Professor Deane, has established this award for high-achieving math students.
